Who pays

Our compensation is typically paid by the property owner, not by you. When the landlord or leasing office pays a commission on your rental, we share it with you.

How much

We share the commission with you, up to $5,000 back on your rental. If no commission is paid on your rental, there is no rebate to share.

What you sign

The program runs under a buyer’s agent agreement confirming we represent you during your rental search. Read the quick guide before you sign. The agreement you sign sets out the details of our relationship.

Your details

We use the details you send through this website only to respond to your request and to run the rebate program. If you use the AI assistant, your voice or text is processed by ElevenLabs to answer you. We do not keep voice recordings; text transcripts are kept for up to 30 days.

The fine print, up front: a rebate is paid only if the landlord or leasing office pays a commission, and only under a signed buyer’s agent agreement. The most we share is $5,000.
