Sign our Buyer’s Agent Agreement
We’ll send you a simple agreement confirming we represent you during your rental search—this lets us earn commission from the property.

Start your search
Browse rentals on your own or ask us to help you find options that match your needs.

Send us the listings you like
Tell us which homes or apartment complexes you’re interested in—we’ll contact them and confirm our agency relationship.

We handle the details
We’ll email the landlord or leasing office to notify them you’re working with our brokerage.

You move in, we split the commission
If the landlord pays a commission, we share it with you—up to $5,000 back on your rental.
The fine print, up front: a rebate is paid only if the landlord or leasing office pays a commission, and only under a signed buyer’s agent agreement. The most we share is $5,000.
